1. Currently we cannot edit users in LRS Connect. (adding users has been fixed)
2. *UPDATE* Table Tracker Reporting has been fixed as of Saturday 11/18/2023
3. Issues remaining for Table Tracker: We cannot get an ipad to accept an activation code.This means we cannot get new gateways and ipads onto table tracker reporting.
This has something to do with permissions authentication and the problem is still getting worked on.
- Addressing these remaining issues
We do have ongoing issues with editing LRS Connect user profiles and ipad activation codes to get them all into LRS Connect for reporting functions.
Note: If 1 ipad is activated through LRS Connect already, the system will do the reporting.
If needing others online or starting a new system, it is currently down / not working.
- The engineers noted they are still working on the LRS Connect Database. There is an issue with the permissions associated with the user profiles. Without a working permissions feature, current users cannot be edited. This is an Authentication issue within the platform.
- Currently we do not have an ETA on the resolution.
We do apologize for the inconvenience and are working on its resolution quickly.
We will let everyone know as soon as we have an update or ETA on when we will be back up and running.

11/6/2023 - 11/18/2023 - Daily Stats emails are fixed
10/30/2023 - 11/7/2023 - Local Cell paging is fixed.
10/30/2023 - 11/3/2023 - The LRS Connect Website is up and running again for all Guest and Staff Paging as of 5 PM CST
