The Table Tracker app allows you to protect two actions with a PIN — manually deleting orders and accessing the Settings, Gateway and Reporting Screens.
Setting a PIN
To set a Pin, follow these easy steps.
- Access the Settings screen from the menu.
- Turn one of the PIN settings on by selecting the red off switch.
- Enter the 4 digit PIN you'd like to use for your app.
- Re-enter the PIN — just to verify we have the right PIN.
- PIN protection is now on — you'll know this when the switch has turned green.
Each iPad maintains one PIN. You can use it to protect manually deleting orders, non-order-view screens, or both. Once a PIN is set, you can turn PIN protection on or off for these actions as needed.
Note: If you're using multiple iPads in your restaurant, you'll need to set the PIN on each app. PINs are not synched across iPads, so technically each display could have a unique PIN. When using PIN protection, most restaurants use the same PIN for all devices.
Resetting PIN
If you'd like to change an existing PIN, follow these easy steps.

- Select Change PIN from the menu below.

- PIN is now updated.
