If you are having issues with the LRS Pagers at your location, please access the articles available via the LRS Help Center for assistance.
If you have already done troubleshooting using the LRS Help Center articles available for your pager, and system type, and require further assistance, or need to submit a repair request, please contact LRS Customer Support using the following steps:
- Email LRS Customer Support Team at support@lrsus.com
- Information to include in the email:
- Location Name (please include City and State)
- Location Contact’s Name
- Location Contact’s Phone
- A note regarding the issue / what is needed
Pagers with Custom labels
NOTE: If you have a repair request and your pagers have custom labels, you must tell us to include a note on your work order to "Retain the customer labels" if you will need us to salvage the top part of the pager to accommodate this request. This will cause the repair to take longer; adding a few days to the work order.
Reason: We need to be able to take the pagers apart in order to fix them. We will always send pagers back to you that are all cleaned up and looking new. In most cases, we use new pager cases to make sure they look nice, with new charging pins seated correctly inside them.
NOTE: Generally, the pager will lose the custom label in the repair process.
Submitting a Support Ticket
Sending an email to support@lrsus.com will create a support ticket in out LRS internal ticketing system, and the information provided will allow an LRS Agent to access the location’s account and paging system. Please be ready to provide the location contact, along with any needed documentation for repairs, or to give the location a call to assist further and troubleshoot any pending issues.
Please keep in mind that options are limited over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as the business office is closed and no hardware can be shipped until the next business day.
