LRS COASTER PAGERS
If you are having an issue with your Coaster Charging Base, please review the following:
- Do all of your coasters light up when they are on the charging base? Each one should have a red light when on the base. If some have a light and others do not, this may be a pager issue and those pagers should come in for repair.
- Have you tried checking the power supply and/or jumper cable? Remove the 3 inch jumper cable and use the power supply to connect directly to each individual base - do all pagers light up when the power supply is connected directly? If so, this may be an issue with your jumper cable and you will need a new one.
If it is the jumper cable causing the issue, please contact LRS to purchase a new one.
If this is a pager issue and there are pagers that require repair, please submit a ticket to support@lrsus.com and our team will put in the paperwork for those pagers to come in for repair.

If you are having an issue with your Coaster Charging Base, please review the following:
- Do all of your pagers have a red light on each slot when they are in the charging base?
- If YES, then this is a pager issue and not a charging base issue. Any pager that has a red light in its slot but does not vibrate and flash when removed and then page, will require repair.
- If NO, and some charging slots have a red light while others do not, move a working pager (one that pages) from a slot that has a red light to a slot that does not.
- If the red light comes on, this is a pager issue.
- If the red light does NOT come on, this is a charging base issue.
- If NO red lights will come on for any slot, please check the power supply and/or jumper cable by removing all 3” jumper cables and use the power supply to connect directly to each individual row - do all pagers light up when the power supply is connected directly? If so, this may be an issue with your jumper cable and you will need a new one. If no row, will show red lights when the power supply is connected directly to it, please try another power supply at your location to test as this may be a power supply issue.
If it is the jumper cable or power supply is causing the issue, please contact LRS to purchase a new one.
