Gateway logs record activity in Table Tracker. LRS can review these to verify the system is operating properly or help identify any potential issues. Follow the steps below to send LRS your logs.
- Navigate to the Gateway or Devices screen (depending on the app version you are running).
- Find the Gateway Logs section and tap on the Activity Logs
- The logs will be shown. On the top right of the screen there is an envelope icon. Tap on it to send it to LRS.
- A Feedback text box will appear, tap Send when you have entered information and details regarding your concern.
- Confirm that you would like to send the logs and LRS will receive them within minutes.
