Updating NPU SMS plans

NPU SMS monthly plans are available at varying levels. When a customer activates an SMS plan or changes their plan to a different one, the activation method at LRS takes place overnight (between 2 - 4 am) and the new plan will be available the following day. However, if the customer would like to activate the plan for immediate use, the customer may do so in one of two following ways:

1. Client Admin logs-in and navigates to the "Company Info" tab. This will help the system synch with LRS Connect to activate the new plan.
2. Client Admin logs-in and sends a test text message via the system, as that initial text message push will refresh the plan. After that first test text message, it will refresh afterward.
