Set up your location with multiple lists to keep guests organized while you manage their experience in your venue. Each list has it's own stats, reporting, settings and messages. Users of your location can access all lists in it.
Add a list
1 - Expand the right panel by clicking on the caret.
2 - Click on the PLUS button.
3 - Type in the name of the list and Add.
4 - The new list will be shown on the left panel.
To change the order in which the lists appear on the left panel, simply click on the name of the list and drag up or down.

Guests can be moved from one list to another. Once a guest is moved, the Guest status will be updated to Complete in the first list they were on. The guest status in the new list will be Waiting, the time on list will be zero and the Quoted Time will match that of the last added guest, to that new list.
There are 3 ways to move a guest from one list to another:
1 - QUICK - Click and Drag - Click on the name of the guest and drag them over to the desired list. The quoted time will match that of the last added guest, to that list.
2 - Detail Panel - Select the guest to move. Then, in the right panel, scroll to the bottom to find the Move button.
3 - MULTIPLE - Select multiple guests by clicking on the checkbox in front
Move success message appears at the top right corner with the name of the guests moved.
