How to Notify Staff
A - Click on the desired Staff member a pop up modal appears.
B - Select a message from the pre-configured messages or type in a custom one.
C - Click on NOTIFY - The color of the Staff member will update to green for a few seconds to indicate the notification is being sent.
Page All
A - Click on the Page All button and a pop up modal will appear.
B - Select a message from the pre-configured messages or type in a custom one.
C - Click on NOTIFY - The color of the Staff members will update to green for a few seconds to indicate the notification is being sent.
How to add a Staff member
1 - Click on the Edit Staff button
2 - Click on the + icon to add a Staff member
3 - Complete the Staff info

- Name
- Pager and / or cell phone number
- Tags
Staff tiles will be automatically sorted by name.
4 - Staff Status
-
- Available. Click or tap to mark the Staff member as available. Icon and font will turn white color.
- Unavailable. Staff icon used today but with gray color.
