Starters / Clearers Not Working

It is rare for a Starter or Clearing unit to have an isolated issue.  If you find one or more Trackers are not responding to a unit, please check the following:

  • Attempt to Start / Clear several Trackers from that unit. If any Tracker responds to the unit with a vibration, there is not an issue with that Starter or Clearer, rather it may be an issue with the Tracker or network.  If no Trackers respond with a vibration, but do so on a different Start / Clear unit, you may have a problem with that Start / Clear unit.
